Out of all the places in Armenia, The Tatev Monastery became my favorite place at just the first glance, and it was one of the most famous tourist destinations in Armenia. Let me first start off by discussing the gorgeous views that we all saw just trying to get to the Monastery. To be able to reach the monastery, we needed to take the world’s second longest non-stop double track cable car, also called The Wings of Tatev. The views from The Wings of Tatev is one of the most amazing views I had ever experienced in my entire life. Eventually, after the breathtaking views of the cable care, we had finally arrived. The monastery was built in the ninth century, and I find it amazing how something built so long ago can be so amazingly beautiful. The massive cliffs filled with greenery and the ancient structures of the buildings made the trip so memorable. The bus ride to reach Tatev was most definitely a long one as it was located about four hours away from Yerevan in the Southeastern region of Armenia, but the experiences I had there is something I will be forever grateful for.
